Most diets are only focusing on one area of our health... what we put in our mouth. What about sleep, exercise, stress? These all play a huge part in energy and weight loss as well.
Diets often leave people feeling guilty over the foods we shouldn't eat- how about we focus on nourishing our bodies with good foods, healthy habits that give us energy and lasting weight loss?
When we do that, we can spend more time enjoying life and less time worrying about what we can and can't have, and instead just enjoy quality time and fun meals with our loved ones.

Reflecting on my own health struggles a few years back, I never would have thought I would now be a Health and Nutrition Coach.
