For example, if you don't prioritize your sleep, then you might be too tired to get up in the morning and make a healthy breakfast, you might be tired and cranky by 2pm and then craving sugar to keep going and you won't feel like going to the gym after work if you are exhausted.
Similarly, if you don't work on your mindset, and feel like you have count calories or points to succeed, it's going to feel too stressful and complicated long term. Stress and complication do not lead to long term health.
